Mal Z. Lawrence Biography
Mal Z. Lawrence (born Manny Miller) (September 2, 1932 – August 30, 2021) was an American comedian and actor. He began his career as a comedian in the 1950s and performed at resorts in the Catskills until the 2000s. Known for his material aimed at Jewish audiences, Lawrence also toured and performed in other parts of the country. In 1991, he featured in the Broadway show, Catskills on Broadway, and later went on tour with the production. Lawrence also appeared in several films, including Rounders (1998) and Boynton Beach Club (2005). He was married to Patty Heinz from 1980 until his death.
