Malcolm Kamulete

Malcolm Kamulete (born 1996) is a British musician and actor. He is best known for his roles in the series Top Boy and Champion. Kamulete grew up in Stratford, London, and attended Rokeby School in Canning Town. Prior to his acting career, he played football for Bethnal Green FC and Dagenham United FC as an under-21. Kamulete made his film debut in the movie Ill Manors (2012). In 2011, he gained recognition for his portrayal of Ra'Nell in the Channel 4 TV series Top Boy. Kamulete declined the opportunity to return for the Netflix continuation of the show, as he wanted to pursue a career in football. He will star as Bosco Champion in the upcoming musical series Champion on BBC One.
