Mally Roncal

Melissa “Mally” Hernandez Roncal, born on January 8, 1972, is a makeup artist and the founder and president of Mally Beauty. She is a second-generation Filipino-American. Roncal's passion for beauty and glamour was inspired by her stylish mother who always looked impeccable. Watching her mother do her makeup and learning from her was a pivotal experience for Roncal. Sadly, her mother passed away from breast cancer in March 1989, which led Roncal to adopt the brand motto of looking good to feel good. Originally a pre-med student, Roncal pursued a degree in fine arts and embarked on a successful freelance career as a makeup artist for celebrities like Beyoncé.
