Dame Marjorie Alice Collette Parker, DBE (30 June 1900 – 18 February 1991), known as Margot Parker, was an Australian civic and political activist. Born in Ballarat, she attended Ballarat State School before marrying James Maxwell Parker in 1926. Parker worked as an announcer and director of women's interests with 7EX Radio in Launceston from 1941 to 1969. She also served as the Public Relations Adviser for the Girl Guides Association from 1954 to 1968. Additionally, she was the president and organizer of the Launceston Red Cross Meals on Wheels program from 1961 to 1971. Parker made significant contributions to the Australian Red Cross Society as the Northern Regional President of the Tasmania Division from 1965 to 1968.
