Marques Johnson Biography
Marques Kevin Johnson (born February 8, 1956) is an American former professional basketball player and current basketball analyst for the Milwaukee Bucks on Bally Sports Wisconsin. He played as a small forward in the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1977 to 1989, earning five All-Star selections. Johnson began his basketball career at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he won a national championship in 1975 and received multiple national player of the year awards. He was drafted third overall in the 1977 NBA draft by the Milwaukee Bucks and played the majority of his career with the team. Johnson also had stints with the Los Angeles Clippers and the Golden State Warriors.
