Matthew Foster

Matthew Foster (born 15 January 2000) is an Irish cricketer. He made his first-class debut on 31 March 2019, playing for Cardiff MCCU against Sussex in the Marylebone Cricket Club University fixtures. Foster also made his List A debut for Northern Knights in the 2019 Inter-Provincial Cup in Ireland on 20 August 2019. He later made his Twenty20 debut for Munster Reds in the 2020 Inter-Provincial Trophy on 20 August 2020. In February 2023, Foster received his first international call-up, being included in the Test and ODI squad for the tour of Sri Lanka. He was also named in the Test squad for Ireland's tour of England in June 2023.
