Michael Ryan Caldwell (born August 26, 1989) is an American entrepreneur and politician. He is currently serving as the Mayor of Woodstock, Georgia and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Technology Authority since October 15, 2020. Previously, Caldwell served as a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives for the 20th district from January 13, 2013, to January 11, 2021. He is also the cofounder and Partner for Operations and Business Development at Black Airplane, a digital product company based in Woodstock. Caldwell graduated from Etowah High School in Woodstock in 2007 and earned his Business Finance degree from Kennesaw State University in 2010. He currently resides in downtown Woodstock with his wife Katie and their three children.
