Michael Crabtree Biography
Michael Alex Crabtree Jr. (born September 14, 1987) is an African American former professional football player who played as a wide receiver for 11 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected 10th overall by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2009 NFL Draft, after playing college football for the Texas Tech Red Raiders where he earned unanimous All-American honors twice. Crabtree spent six seasons with the 49ers before playing for the Oakland Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, and Arizona Cardinals. Born in Dallas, Texas, he attended David W. Carter High School, where he excelled in multiple sports, including football, basketball, and track.
