Mido Hamada Biography
Mido Hamada (ميدو حمادة; born 1971) is an Egyptian-German actor known for his work in film, theatre, and television. Born in Cairo, Egypt, he comes from an Egyptian family that later moved to Germany. Hamada studied at the American Embassy School and attended the Oxford School of Drama. His notable roles include Ahmed Shah Massoud in the mini-series The Path to 9/11, as well as smaller roles in the British TV film Hannibal and the series Feel the Force. In the film Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (2004), he played a significant role. Hamada portrayed a Saudi sheikh involved in an assassination attempt and biotechnological research funding in the film Unknown (2011). He also appeared as Samir Mehran, a rogue intelligence agent, in season 8 of the Fox series 24, serving as the season's primary antagonist. Hamada later appeared in the Fox series Terra Nova.
