Mike Beltran
Mike Beltran (born June 26, 1984) is an American politician and attorney. He is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the state's 57th district, which includes part of Hillsborough County. Beltran graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School. He moved to Florida in 2010. In the 2018 Republican primary, Beltran defeated Sean McCoy, winning 53.2% of the vote. He went on to win the general election with 55.27% of the vote, defeating Democrat Debbie Katt. Beltran is known for sponsoring HB 225, a bill that allows graduating students to wear uniforms of the National Guard or United States Armed Forces at high school graduation ceremonies.
