Mike Joseph (born 23 July 1971) is a renowned Bench Press Powerlifter and 10 times British, European, and World Bench Press Champion. He is also a holder of four World Records and holds a record in the Guinness Book of World Records for a 24-hour endurance bench press. Born in Essex, United Kingdom, Joseph began competing in powerlifting at the age of 29 and quickly made an impact by breaking the British Record in his first competition. He represented England in the World Championships that same year and won his first World Title. Joseph is a member of the British Drug Free Powerlifting Federation (BDFPA) and follows strict drug testing protocols. He also hosted his own show on Sky TV called "The Bench Press King" in December 2009.
