Minh Ly

Minh Hoang Ly, born on March 24, 1967, is a Vietnamese-American professional poker player based in Temple City, California. He has made a name for himself in the poker world, regularly participating in 'The Big Game.' Ly first achieved success in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in 2001, finishing 3rd in the $3,000 limit Texas hold 'em event and winning $55,870. He continued his impressive performance in the following years, including a 9th place finish in the 2002 WSOP $10,000 no limit hold 'em main event, winning $85,000. In 2005, he won the Doyle Brunson North American Poker Championship and claimed his first World Poker Tour (WPT) title.
