Minyon Moore (born May 16, 1958) is an American political activist and civil servant. She is the founder of Women Building for the Future and serves as the head of Dewey Square Group's state and local practice. Previously, Moore held leadership positions in the Democratic National Committee, serving as the chief executive officer and chief operating officer. She also worked as an assistant to the President of the United States and held roles such as director of the White House Office of Public Liaison and director of White House political affairs under President Bill Clinton. Throughout her career, Moore has been involved in various political campaigns, including those of Rev. Jesse Jackson in 1984 and 1988, Governor Michael Dukakis, and Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaigns in 2008 and 2016.
