He gained recognition for his 'Fineline Style' tattoo art, which originated in the California prison system. Machado has tattooed numerous notable individuals, including Bully Ray, Kobe Bryant, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Method Man, and Snoop Dogg. He has also designed logos for Cypress Hill and Eminem's Shady Records.
