Naren Weiss

Naren Weiss (born March 15, 1991) is an actor, playwright, and former model. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Osama bin Laden in Kamal Haasan's film on terrorism Vishwaroopam and for his role as Dekker in the ABC series Deception. With a background in theatre in both India and the United States, Weiss has showcased his talent on stage. Born in Nassau Bay, just outside of Houston, he moved to Madras with his family at the age of 12. Weiss discovered his passion for acting through school and college productions. He attended Madras Christian College and Brooklyn College, and during college, he worked as a model, appearing in campaigns for Sprite, Bank of India, The Chennai Silks, and on magazine covers like India Today. Weiss comes from an athletic background and turned down basketball scholarships to pursue his acting career.
