Neal Foster

Neal Winston Foster (born May 29, 1972) is a member of the Alaska House of Representatives, representing the 39th District. He has been serving in the House since November 15, 2009, after being appointed to replace his late father, Richard Foster. Foster is a third-generation member of the Alaska Legislature, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Neal W. Foster. In the 27th Alaska State Legislature, Foster was part of the Republican-led majority caucus and worked alongside other Democrats from Western Alaska. He has been actively involved in the Native American political scene and has made significant contributions to Alaska's legislative history. Foster's dedication to public service is showcased through his continued representation of the Nome, Alaska community.
