Neil John Webb (born 30 July 1963) is an English former footballer, football manager, and television pundit. Primarily known as a midfielder, Webb played for various clubs including Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, and Portsmouth. He also had stints in Hong Kong and non-league football. Webb earned 26 caps for the England national team, scoring 4 goals. After retiring from playing, he transitioned into a career as a pundit and had managerial spells with non-league clubs Weymouth and Reading Town. Webb made his debut for Reading in 1980 at the age of 16 and became the youngest ever scorer for the club in the 1980-81 season.
