Nicholas Prasad

Nicholas Prasad (born 7 December 1995) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Bischofswerdaer FV 08 in the Regionalliga. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, he represents the Fiji national football team. Prasad began his football career playing for the BC Soccer Provincial Development Program from 2008-2011, where he captained the team to a bronze medal at the National Tournament. He was then invited to join the Canadian Youth National Training Team. Prasad attended Enver Creek Secondary, leading the Cougars to their first BC High School Provincial Championship in 2012. In 2012, he joined the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Academy, helping the team win the USSDA Northwest Division title. Prasad's skills and leadership abilities have made him a valuable asset to both club and national teams.
