Nick Gregory

Nick Gregory (born April 24, 1960) is an American meteorologist, pilot, and television personality. Currently the chief meteorologist for WNYW in New York City, Gregory has been providing weather forecasts for the station since December 26, 1986. A native of New Rochelle, New York, he graduated from Iona Preparatory School in 1978 and earned his bachelor's degree in meteorology from Lyndon State College in 1982. With 39 years of flying experience and over 27 years as a flight instructor, Gregory is considered an expert in aviation. He is also known for his involvement with Angel Flight, a non-profit organization that offers free transportation to financially needy patients and families. Before joining WNYW, Gregory worked as the morning meteorologist for CNN in Atlanta and as a meteorologist for WTLV 12 in Jacksonville, Florida.
