    Nicole Arumugam is a British actress, known for her television appearances. She gained recognition for her role as Shelley Lewis, Michelle Fowler's college friend and flatmate, in the BBC soap opera EastEnders from 1992 to 1994. Arumugam has also appeared in other British TV shows such as Is It Legal? (1995–1996), Harbour Lights (2000), Doctors (2001–2002), and Murder in Mind (2003). Additionally, she has contributed to BBC's Look and Read, a children's educational program. Arumugam's diverse heritage includes Irish and Malaysian descent, adding to her unique background as an actress.
