    Noah Young Biography
    Noah Young Jr. (February 2, 1887 – April 18, 1958) was a champion weightlifter and actor. Born in Cañon City, Colorado, Young joined the Hal Roach studios as an actor, known for his comic villain roles. He appeared in numerous Laurel and Hardy comedies and supported Harold Lloyd in over 50 films. Young's father, Noah Young Sr., was a foreman of the Glenrock coal mine and later became a coal mine inspector for the State of Wyoming. He had a background in bare knuckle fighting and allegedly worked as an Indian scout. Young passed away in Los Angeles, California.
