Numan Acar

Numan Acar (born October 7, 1974) is a Turkish-German actor and film producer. He started his career in Turkish and German films before venturing into international productions. Acar gained recognition for his portrayal of Haissam Haqqani in the TV series Homeland, appearing in the fourth season and reprising the role in the show's final season. In 2019, he played the character Dmitri Smerdyakov in the Marvel film Spider-Man: Far From Home. Acar is also the founder of Acar Entertainment, a production company focused on German-Turkish movies. Fluent in several languages including German, Turkish, Spanish, and English, he currently resides in Berlin.
