Ong Seong-wu

Ong Seong-wu (Hangul: 옹성우, born August 25, 1995) is a South Korean singer and actor. He gained recognition through his participation in the survival reality show Produce 101 Season 2, where he finished in fifth place. Ong was also a member of the popular boy group Wanna One, which was formed from the show. Following the disbandment of Wanna One, he made his acting debut in the drama At Eighteen (2019). Ong Seong-wu also embarked on a solo career, releasing his first extended play, Layers, on March 25, 2020. He attended Hanlim Multi Art School and graduated from Dong Seoul University as a dance and acting major. Prior to his entertainment career, Ong was involved in street and B-boy dance teams.
