Oskar Eustis

Oskar Eustis, born on July 31, 1958, is an American theater director, dramaturg, and artistic director. Since 2005, he has held the position of Artistic Director at the Public Theater in New York City. Eustis has an extensive background in the theater industry, having worked with various theaters across the United States. He co-founded the Red Wing Theater Company after moving to New York City and later worked at the Eureka Theatre Company in San Francisco. Eustis was the artistic director at the Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, Rhode Island from 1994 to 2005. He has been recognized for his contributions to the theater community and continues to play a significant role in shaping the American theatrical landscape.
