Paige Matthews Peterson is an American artist, author, and photojournalist born on March 19, 1955 in Marin County, California. She has gained recognition for her extensive writings on the Middle East and is a contributing writer and photojournalist for publications such as Marin Magazine, New York Social Diary, and the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations. In addition, Peterson co-authored and illustrated the best-selling children's book 'Blackie, The Horse Who Stood Still' with Christopher Cerf in 2006. She has also contributed as an illustrator for 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens, edited by Jesse Kornbluth. Currently, she serves as a consultant to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation and is the daughter-in-law of billionaire Peter George Peterson. Paige Peterson resides and works in New York City, California, and East Hampton, Long Island.
