Patricia Buckley (July 1, 1926 – April 15, 2007) was a Canadian-American socialite known for her fundraising activities. She was the wife of conservative writer and activist William F. Buckley Jr. and the mother of writer Christopher Buckley. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Patricia grew up in a wealthy family with a self-made industrialist father and a mother who was the daughter of the chief of police of Winnipeg. She attended Crofton House School and briefly attended Vassar College before marrying William F. Buckley Jr. The couple resided in Stamford, Connecticut. Patricia is remembered for her philanthropic work and her role in supporting her husband's career.
