Patricia Childress

Patricia Childress is a film and television actress, director, producer, and writer. Born in Dallas, Texas, Childress began her career in high school, where she was active in the Drama Club. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and landed a role in the movie Reality Bites (1994), written by her sister Helen Childress. Since then, she has appeared in various television mini-series and award-winning films such as As Good As It Gets. Childress has received two Emmy Awards for her work. Known for her sweetly compassionate performances, she continues to work with some of the industry's most respected talents in Los Angeles.
