Paul Gutrecht

Paul Gutrecht (born September 5, 1967) is an American psychotherapist who draws on his training, life experience as a spouse & father, and prior work in entertainment. He attended Cornell University from 1985 to 1989. In addition to his acting career, Gutrecht attended Antioch University Los Angeles from 2012 to 2013 and became a marriage and family therapist. He has been working as a therapist in Santa Monica, California since 2016, specializing in anxiety, anger-alleviation, substance use, communication, marriage enrichment, divorce-related issues, and more. Gutrecht works with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate various challenges such as anger, anxiety, depression, divorce, co-parenting, life transitions, and substance abuse.
