    Paul Scanlan is an American businessman and the co-founder and CEO of Legion M, a fan-owned entertainment company. He is also the President and co-founder of MobiTV, an on-demand video streaming service for mobile devices. Scanlan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in communications. He started his career at Lucent Technologies, Inc. and later co-founded a boutique ad agency. Scanlan was a managing partner at Enterprise IG (now Brand Union). In 1999, he partnered with Phillip Alvelda and Jeff Annison to establish MobiTV, which received an Engineering Emmy in 2005 for live broadcasts to cellphones. Scanlan has been recognized by Forbes for his contributions to the mobile video space and raising over $100 million in investment.
