Phil Dalhausser

Philip "Phil" Peter Dalhausser is a Swiss-born American former professional beach volleyball player, known for his skills as a blocker. He achieved great success alongside his former partner, Todd Rogers, becoming the 2007 AVP Tour and FIVB world champions. Dalhausser and Rogers dominated the domestic US tour and the FIVB international tour, earning the top team honors in 2010. They also won the Olympic gold medal at the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics. In recognition of his contributions to the sport, Dalhausser was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2023. Born in Baden, Aargau, Switzerland, Dalhausser now resides in Lake Nona, Florida. He discovered his passion for volleyball in his senior year at Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, Florida, and later attended the University of Central Florida, where he excelled as a player.
