Polly Adams

Polly Adams is an English actress known for her work on stage in both England and the United States. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Mrs. Brown on the television series Just William. Adams made her Broadway debut in 1975 in a revival of London Assurance, earning a Drama Desk Award nomination for her performance as Grace Harkaway. Her other Broadway credits include Bedroom Farce. Born in Chichester, Sussex, Adams trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and has appeared in numerous productions on the London stage, including performances at the Old Vic, the Royal National Theatre, and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
