    Priscilla Alden Morrill (June 4, 1927 – November 9, 1994) was an American actress. She is best known for her role as Edie Grant on the sitcom The Mary Tyler Moore Show in 1973 and 1975. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Morrill attended the Carnegie Institute before making her stage debut in Julius Caesar. She later made her Broadway debut in The Relapse with Cyril Ritchard. Morrill had a successful career as a television actress, appearing in numerous guest-starring roles and television movies. She also had recurring roles on Family, Bret Maverick, Santa Barbara, and Newhart. In addition to her television work, Morrill appeared in two short-lived TV series, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
