Ptosha Storey Biography
Ptosha Storey is an American actress and stage director, best known for her role as Nancy Hallsen in the BET prime time soap opera, The Oval. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Storey grew up in the projects of Dallas, Texas. She attended Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and later studied at Southern Methodist University. Storey began her acting career in the 1990s, appearing in television shows such as Wishbone, Strong Medicine, and Numb3rs. She has also had numerous roles in theater productions, including A Raisin in the Sun. In addition, Storey has worked as an assistant director in notable productions such as The Mountaintop, The Color Purple, and Ain't Misbehavin'.
