Rachel Payne

Rachel Payne is an Australian politician who currently serves as a member of the Victorian Legislative Council representing the South-Eastern Metropolitan since November 26, 2022. She is affiliated with the Legalise Cannabis Victoria party. In the 2019 federal election, Payne ran for the Reason Party in the Menzies seat, receiving approximately 2% of the vote. In the 2020 Victorian local elections, she ran for Reason again, this time in the City of Moreland. Payne has been actively involved in advocating for cannabis legalization and has gained attention for her political contributions.
