Rafael Lozano
Rafael Lozano Muñoz, born on January 25, 1970, in Córdoba, Andalusia, is a former Spanish boxer. Known as 'Balita', Lozano began his professional boxing career in 2001. In 2006, he competed against Brahim Asloum for the WBA Intercontinental Flyweight Title but was defeated by TKO. Lozano also represented Spain in various international boxing events. In the 1992 Summer Olympics, he participated in the light flyweight category and won matches against Fana Thwala from South Africa and Eric Griffin from the United States, but lost to Rogelio Marcelo from Cuba. In the 1996 Summer Olympics, Lozano won a bronze medal in the light flyweight category. Additionally, he won a bronze medal at the European Amateur Boxing Championships in 1996. In the 2000 Summer Olympics, he won a silver medal in the light flyweight category.
