Rauw Alejandro

Raúl Alejandro Ocasio Ruiz, professionally known as Rauw Alejandro, is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and actor. Born on January 10, 1993, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Alejandro was raised in Canóvanas and Carolina. He is considered one of the leading figures in the modern reggaeton scene and is part of the new generation of Puerto Rican urban musicians. Alejandro's debut studio album, Afrodisíaco, was released in November 2020, followed by his second studio album, Vice Versa, in June 2021. He has achieved significant success, earning two Latin Grammy Awards out of twelve nominations. With influences ranging from Elvis Presley to Chris Brown, Alejandro's music showcases his versatility and talent.
