Raymond Braun Biography
Raymond Braun is an American media personality, journalist, and LGBTQ advocate. He was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. After graduating from Stanford University, Braun started his career at YouTube where he developed and implemented the first LGBTQ+ marketing campaign, #ProudToLove, which received widespread support and millions of views. He then became the LGBT marketing lead for Google and YouTube. In 2015, Braun took a leave of absence to start his own YouTube channel focused on LGBT issues. He is also a contributing editor for Seventeen magazine and was recognized by Forbes as one of their '30 under 30' in marketing and advertising. Braun is openly gay and currently hosts the 2019 documentary, State of Pride.
