Rich Marotta is an American sports personality based in Reno, Nevada. He spent nearly 30 years in Los Angeles, where he worked as a sportscaster for various radio stations, including KFI AM 640. In 2011, Marotta was inducted into both the Southern California Sportscasters Hall of Fame and the California Boxing Hall of Fame. He is also the founder of the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame, a non-profit organization that holds an annual Induction Spectacular at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Marotta has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including four local Emmy Awards and ten Golden Mic's. He is known for his versatility and holds the distinction of being the only sportscaster in Los Angeles to have been part of the regular broadcast teams for three major league franchises.
