    Rich Rinaldi Biography
    Richard P. Rinaldi, born on August 3, 1949, is an American former professional basketball player. He was born in Poughkeepsie, New York, and attended F.D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, New York. Rinaldi played as a guard at St. Peter's College from 1967 to 1971, where he had an impressive scoring average of 28.6 points per game during his senior year. In the 1971 NBA Draft, Rinaldi was selected 43rd overall by the Baltimore Bullets and played for them from 1971 to 1974. After being released by the Bullets, he signed with the New York Nets of the American Basketball Association. Following his basketball career, Rinaldi worked as a substitute teacher and later as a full-time physical education teacher in New York.
