Richard Hilton

Richard Hilton is an American businessman born on August 17, 1955, in Los Angeles, California. He is the chairman and co-founder of Hilton & Hyland, a prestigious real estate brokerage firm based in Beverly Hills. Hilton's expertise lies in the luxury real estate market, specializing in homes and estates in various exclusive neighborhoods in California, including Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Hollywood Hills. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1978 with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. Hilton comes from a prominent family, being the sixth of eight children of Marilyn June and Barron Hilton, the founder of Hilton Hotels. His siblings include William, Hawley Anne, Steven Michael, David Alan, Sharon Constance, Daniel Kevin, and Ronald Jeffrey Hilton.
