Rick Hill Biography
Rick Hill is an American politician and businessman, best known for serving as a member of the United States House of Representatives from Montana. Born on December 30, 1946, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Hill grew up in modest surroundings, spending his childhood in a one-room apartment behind a tire repair shop. Despite being paralyzed by polio at the age of four, Hill went on to graduate from Aitkin High School in 1964 and Saint Cloud State University in 1968. Prior to his career in politics, Hill owned a surety bonding company. He has also served in various roles, including Republican precinct committeeman, state committeeman, and chairman of the Montana State Worker's Compensation Board.
