Rick Hughes Biography
Rick Hughes (born August 22, 1973) is an American former professional basketball player. He is best known for his time playing in the French League, where he was the league's Best Scorer in 2004 and 2011. Hughes attended Walnut Hills High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating in 1991. He then went on to play college basketball at Thomas More College. During his four-year tenure at TMC, Hughes achieved numerous accolades, including being named the Rookie of the Year, a four-time Player of the Year, and a four-time Conference First Team Selection. He left Thomas More College as the all-time scoring leader with 2,605 points. In 2002, Hughes was inducted into the school's Hall of Fame.
