Ricky Whittle

Ricky Whittle, born Richard George Whittle on December 31, 1979, in Oldham, England, is a British actor and dancer. Whittle gained recognition as a model for Reebok in the early 2000s before making his mark in the United Kingdom as Calvin Valentine in the soap opera Hollyoaks. In 2009, he finished as the runner-up on the BBC reality competition Strictly Come Dancing. Whittle then transitioned to American television, with recurring roles on VH-1's Single Ladies and ABC's Mistresses. From 2014 to 2016, he appeared in The CW's post-apocalyptic drama The 100 as Lincoln. Whittle's notable role was in the Starz television series American Gods, where he starred for three seasons.
