Rob Lee
Robert Martin Lee, born on 1 February 1966 in West Ham, Greater London, is an English former professional footballer and sports co-commentator. Lee was a midfielder who had a successful career in the Premier League, playing for Newcastle United and West Ham United. He won the Football League First Division with Newcastle United in 1993 and also played for Charlton Athletic, Derby County, Oldham Athletic, and Wycombe Wanderers in the Football League. Lee represented England 21 times, scoring twice, and was part of the World Cup 98 squad. After retiring from football, he pursued interests in coaching and worked as a co-commentator for TEN Sports. In 2019, Lee was inducted into the Newcastle United Hall of Fame. His sons, Olly and Elliot, also pursued careers in football.
