Robert Hanley (born June 17, 1947), also known as Broadway Bob and Bob Hanley, is an American actor, entertainer, comedian, singer, and writer. With over 100 starring and co-starring roles, Hanley has appeared in television variety, comedy, and drama series such as Crazy Like a Fox with Jack Warden, and Pros & Cons with James Earl Jones and Richard Crenna. He has hosted game shows for ABC and CBS networks and performed as stand-up comedian Broadway Bob on The Merv Griffin Show. Hanley is the founder of the nonprofit Entertainment Fellowship and currently performs as a singer/entertainer with his own seventeen-piece orchestra at civic and fundraising events. Hanley served in the U.S. Army as an entertainment specialist during the Vietnam era, where he wrote, directed, and acted in musical stage productions for the troops.
