Robert Walden Biography
Robert Walden (born Robert Wolkowitz; September 25, 1943) is an American television and motion picture actor. He gained recognition for his role as Joe Rossi on the popular TV show Lou Grant, receiving three Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. Walden also portrayed Joe Waters on Brothers and Glenn Newman on Happily Divorced. Notable film appearances include Blue Sunshine, The Hospital, All the President's Men, Audrey Rose, and Capricorn One. Born in New York City, Walden developed an interest in acting during his time at City College of New York and became a member of the Actors Studio. He is also known for being the uncle of director Howard Deutch and grand-uncle of actresses Zoey Deutch and Madelyn Deutch.
