Roger Narayan, born Raj Narayan, is an Indian actor known for his work in Kannada and English-language films. After studying engineering at BITS Pilani, Narayan pursued his passion for acting and received training from various institutions. Changing his stage name to Roger, he aimed to avoid being typecast in stereotypical Indian roles. Narayan began his career with supporting roles in films and television shows, but gained recognition as a lead actor in the multilingual film Hola Venky (2014). He further showcased his talent in the critically acclaimed Kannada film U Turn (2016) and portrayed an iyengar in The Man Who Knew Infinity (2015).
