Rowena Cooper

Rosemary Rowena Cooper, born in 1935, is a British actress known for her extensive career in British television. She started her acting journey in 1956 after winning the Carlton Hobbs Bursary and joining the Radio Drama Company. In 1959, Cooper became a part of the Dundee Repertory Theatre Company and went on to have a successful career spanning over 50 years. Notably, she starred as Mrs Fenner in the popular TV series The Rag Trade. In 1964, she married actor Terrence Hardiman, with whom she remained until his death in 2023.
