Roy Kim

Roy Kim, born Kim Sang-woo on July 3, 1993, is a South Korean singer-songwriter and radio presenter. He rose to fame after winning the television talent show Superstar K 4 in 2012. Kim debuted with the studio album Love Love Love in 2013, featuring the hit single 'Bom Bom Bom.' His debut album earned him awards for best new artist at the 15th Mnet Asian Music Awards and the 2014 Golden Disc Awards. Kim has released subsequent albums such as Home (2014), The Great Dipper (2015), and the EP Blooming Season (2017). He has also contributed to soundtracks for popular TV series like Reply 1994, Pinocchio, Another Miss Oh, and Guardian: The Lonely and Great God. Kim has achieved significant success in South Korea, with over 12 million digital downloads sold as of October 2023.
