Ryan Phillips
Ryan Phillips (born November 15, 1982) is a former professional Canadian football defensive back and the current defensive coordinator for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played most of his career with the BC Lions and was part of two Grey Cup championship teams (94th Grey Cup and 99th Grey Cup). Phillips holds numerous franchise records for the Lions and was named a western all-star five times and a league all-star four times. Known for his durability, he only missed four games in his 12-year career, including a consecutive games-played streak of 181 games. Phillips also played for the Montreal Alouettes in 2017. Before his professional career, he played college football for the Eastern Washington Eagles at Eastern Washington University.
